Welcome to the FAQ! Here at this page, we'll address frequently asked questions and/or concerns that you may have with our products.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY.

If your package consists of the following:

• Damaged items
• Missing items

Please don't hesitate to contact us so that we can make the proper arrangements!

We do not offer returns. Unfortunately, this is a small hobbyist business ran by one individual, so we cannot provide returns.

We do not offer refunds on wrong addresses, disliking the product, or changing your mind (after shipment).

SHIPPING POLICY.

This storefront is based in USA. We primarily ship on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Please wait a full day after your shipment notification to get updated tracking on your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

We offer international shipping! International shipping may take from 1-4 weeks after processing the order.

SHIPPING TO THE EU/UK.

We do not charge any VAT (or related international shipping) fees. You will be responsible for any VAT or custom fees that may incur.  

Please buy at our ETSY STOREFRONT to have VAT fees paid beforehand.


PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT.

Each product has an estimate date for when they will be fufilled on their listing. Production periods may be subjected to extensions due to holidays and other factors related to the manufacturing process.

If your order consists of ready stock items and preorder items, your order will not be shipped until all of your preorder items arrive.

please place two different orders if you want your items to arrive at different times.
